ELIGIBILITY AND RULES FOR ADMISSION FIRST YEAR UNDERGRADUATE The students who have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent shall be eligible for admission to B.A. Part-I, B.Com. Part-I, B.Sc. Part-I, B.B.A. Part-I, B.Com. Computer Application Part-I and B.C.A. Part-I of the three year Degree course. Students who have passed H.S.S.C. examination with science subjects are eligible for admission to B.Sc. Part-I class and only students who have passed H.S.S.C. examination with science subjects are eligible for admission to B.C.A. Part-I. SECOND YEAR UNDERGRADUATE Students who have passed examinations of B.A. Part-I, B.Com. Part-I, B.Sc. Part-I, B.B.A. Part-I, B.Com. Computer Application Part-I and B.C.A. Part-I shall be admitted to the second year of the respective classes. Students promoted under ATKT rules are also eligible. THIRD YEAR UNDERGRADUATE Students who have passed examination of B.A. Part-II, B.Com. Part-II, B.Sc. Part-II, B.B.A. Part-II, B.Com. Computer Application Part-II and B.C.A. Part-II shall be admitted to the respective third year classes. Students promoted under ATKT rules are also eligible. Note : If a student cannot avail the facility of ATKT to get admission to the next year and yet inadvertently admitted to it, then his admission to this next year will not be valid. The fees paid will also not be refunded. The responsibility of any other consequences in such case shall lie upon the student.... RULES FOR ADMISSION The admission to the undergraduate classes shall be according to the rules and regulations of the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and the State. The original Transfer Certificate of the last educational institution attended is essential for admission. The Certificate will not be returned once admitted to the college. There will be no admission on the basis of the Duplicate Transfer Certificate. The original Mark List of the last examination along with its attested copy is essential for admission. The fees once paid will not be refunded to the student who cancels his admission or leaves the college for another one after his/her admission. Only those students will be given admission in B.Com. Part-I English medium who have secured 50% or more in English language at H.S.S.C. or whose medium of instruction upto H.S.S.C. in English. Mere registration of Application form does not guarantee admission to the college. The faculty or medium once admitted to cannot be changed. Students from states other than Maharashtra shall have to furnish eligibility certificate of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University at the time of admission to the college. He/she also has to submit Migration Certificate on or before 15th September, 2012. The applicant shall paste one passport size photograph on the Application Form and shall submit one for I-Card. As per UGC norms, the sports persons shall be given preference in admission. The admission has to pay the amount due to him at the time of admission. His/her admission can be cancelled if he/she does not attend the college on the opening day or delays payment due to him on the same day without seeking the Principal’s permission. The last date of admission to the college shall be according to the date fixed by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. The admission of the provisionally admitted student will be cancelled if he/she does not submit the necessary documents within the stipulated period. This will be according to the rules of the University and the college does not bear any responsibility for the cancellation of admission in such case. The decision of the Principal of the college with regard to the admission shall remain final.
